Ok I want to know if there is anyway to get more then 5 dollars a month for 3 kids child support or attach ssi for money.. The father is in prison for 12 -36 years for attempting to kill me and his own kids.. I was a stay at home Mother for 13 years we have lost mostly everything as it was an arson. I need this money to help pay bills and get us back on our feet I though since he is in a facility for the criminally insane that ssi might be available to us.. or any other Government funding . Have you gone down to the Social Security office and asked them if you and your children qualify? You should and you probably will be eligible.

He will have to be collecing SSI for hem to get SSI, has he, or his guardian applied for it.

Have you went to the SS office and made any application for the children.

There is no automatic money and no one pays his child support

My sons father has been in prison since he was born. He is starting school this year and I have no money to buy him anything no car to take him there I heard he may be able to get a ssi check. Is that possible?
