What to eat when on a diet pleazz helpppp
OK so I'm on a diet, I don't know what to eay for the past 3 days I've been eating like special k apples carrote and chicken... thats been pretty much it and I feel like I'm starving myself because when I'm eating it its in really small sizes.. like I will have a whole apple. . 1 cup of special k cereal... and like half of a chicken breast.. if that... but I'm eating like every 3 hours but it feels like I'm not eating anything.. idk what else I can eat and how to do it.. I don't want to eat something if I don't know if its healthy or it will make me gain weight, and how much of it I can eat... any Recipes for anything I can eat... breakfast lunch dinner.. would be really helpful thanks to all that answer
