    Do you mean the 1099G you get listing what you received as Unemployment benenfits?

    You don't get a W-2 for UI benefits you get a 1099G. If Texas offers you a way to file for benefits online, that same site should have a record of payments. However, it is possible that this info is NOT available online.

    Yes that's what I meant the 1099g form.we still should be able to see what we need to report... thank you for you're answer

    You will find the Form 1099-G on the state's Department of Labor website, IF they offer that option. Many states do allow you to download these forms from the website.
