I went and had an ultrasound yesterday. The doctor said that my gestational sac is 9 weeks developed and my fetus is only 6 weeks developed with not heartbeat. I have been really worried and I am not into a depression stage. Should I worry or is this something that sounds familiar to anyone?

Was your doctor concerned? At 6 weeks there is usually a heartbeat, but it is not always detected this early. As a matter of fact, most women don't even know they are pregnant this early on.
