Looking for artist name/info for a 1963 watercolor poster called "High Spirits." It shows 5 gray Arabian horses up close and frollicking in the surf. At left bottom corner is the copyright symbol, F & R 1963. At right bottom corner is the artist's symbolic signature which looks like a dollar sign, but is probably their initials SV or VS--looks like an S with 2 paintbrushes that come to a point at the bottom, which cross through the S.
