    Deffered entry of judgement
If I was ordered into the pc1000, deffered entry of judgement, then before I could even attend I resigned from my job and relocated my family due to my 13yr old being raped by a gang member who boldly threatened our lives. Once I was gone and safe I pressed charges, he is finally incarcerated. Now I came back after a year to see about a transfer.I was assigned a public defender that says unless I do prop 36 I will go to prison,he refuses to even consider asking for a reinstatement.he says that they gave me pc1000 in error.can a defferd entry of judgement be reinstated after failure to complete the classes?I have documents of reimbursement of our move from victims of violent crimes too.also I have nothing on my record.this case charged me with poss of meth(1/4 gr.) and cruelty to a child(they were in the car).prop 36 puts a conviction on yor record and deffered entry doesn't,being a government employee this would ruin my career. HELP

    Hello my:

I don't know prop 36 from pc1000. Not every state has those things, but it sounds like California. Plus, you're not giving me anthing to work with here.

It appears to me, that you had an opportunity for pc1000, but never showed up. Now, you want another opportunity. I don't think that's going to happen, and it doesn't matter why you didn't complete it the first time.

So, what government job are you going to lose because of your drug use, DEA?? Bwa, ha ha ha.

PS> (edited) Ok, OK. Sorry about that. You need a lawyer, my young government worker - a verrry good lawyer.

Ok, I am going to be cruel.

Do I care it will hurt your job,? You hurt your own job, you knew it would hurt your job when you did it, so really you deserve what happens there.

Next you went away, ( even if for a good reason) you needed to have your attorney contact the court then, not a year latter.

So yes it sounds like what they are offering is a lot better deal than I would think you should get, and a lot better than you will get most likely if you go directly before a judge.

Were these misdemeanor or felony charges? Did you plead to the cruelty charge? What county?
