I have bad sore throat, fever 101, back hurts, lethargic... Is there a chance anybody might think they know what I have? Worried about flu of course, or strep or both

What does your doctor say?

We can only guess. You need a throat swab and other tests. We can't do that over the internet.

If it was me I'd go to the doctor and get this checked out before it turns into something worse.
