My Estate washer mod# TAWS800JQ1 will complete the wash cycle but will not drain to move to the rinse cycle nor will it spin. I have moved the dial to the rinse and spin cycles to verify that it will not rinse or spin. I further removed the drain hose from the wall to see if the water would drain out. It drained out fine. I am assuming there is no blockage in the water pump. What can the problem possibly be? Please help before I spend unnecessary money to repair or purchase a new washer.
