Well, I have really really sore breasts for about 3-4 weeks now.. kinda cramps and feelings in my stomach.. I have to pee all the time.. I'm tired.. hungry.. nauseous sometimes especially if I don't eat.. and I had a dream about being pregnant.. I took a home pregnancy test and it was negative.. I was 1-2 weeks late on my period.. but two days ago I got my "period" its really bright red... and kind of heavy.. but it doesn't have the blood clotty things and my breast are really really sore still.. can I be pregnant?

It's possible, but doubtful since you did get your period. Wait to see if you get your period next month. Until that time treat yourself as if you are pregnant and get on some prenatal vitamins.

But I don't know if its my period or not? Its only been 2 days and I'm not feeling cramps or nothing just blood..

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you for sure. If you are bleeding, most likely it is your period. Not every period is the same. Once in a while Mother Nature throws us a curve ball and periods are either late, early, no cramping, heavy, light, etc.

You will just have to wait until next month to see what happens.

So how come when I look it up on other sites some women say they bled like I am for 2-3 days and it went away and when they took another test it was positive... could that be possible?

Yes, it is possible, but it is not a sign or symptom of pregnancy.

I know it isn't but I have all the symptoms... WEEKS before my period was due or I started to bleed.

You have only two options since we cannot diagnose over the internet... go to a doctor for a blood test or wait until next month.

I have another at home pregnancy test.. should I take it when the bleeding stops ? Will it change the test?

You should wait at least another week to take that test.
