We purchased a house. The power was turned off for 2 days boyfriend we turned it on. When we turned the robert shaw thermostat on for either heat or air conditioner, the fan outside won't come on. The symbols on the thermostat spin like their suppose to do when you turn it on but the fan outside never comes on. The system was installed in 2002. I think it had something to do with the power being shut off for a bit, because it worked fine boyfriend. Help!
