Installed new pressure switch. Single spring. 10 lbs is all I'm getting. Points are closed, pump not kicking in.

Was the old switch doing the same thing?

Is the pump above ground (hopefully) or in the well?

Is there a reset lever on the side of the new switch? If so, did you reset it?
