If there is an outstanding debt owed from 13 years back and I have been paying a minimum per month is there a statute time for that debt, I think with the amount owing now I have more than enough paid off this dept

If you had not started paying a creditor or collection agency on your debt, then you could have been protected by a statute of limitations, but since you are paying, then no, you have to keep paying.

The Statute of Limitations runs from the last activity on the account until they file legal action. Since you have been paying the SOL hasn't kicked in yet.
Are you basically stating the same as I because I don't post this info unless I actually have had this experience. And I have, through no fault of my own. It is a spousal problem. My lawyer and the statute of limitations in Ontario has protected me so far, ScottGem. If you have done any research into our statutes you will find that it is an ever changing category.
