In this movie 4-5 best friends all fall for the same woman and they all go to her place (I think it's her place) and dance with her- one of them got mad and either choked her to death or knocked her out- they all thought she was dead so they take a car and push it into the pond and as it starts to sink they realize she is alive and she bangs on the back wondow the guy who hurt her tries to save her but couldn't- so she drowns
Many years later the men are elderly- rowdy mcdowell plays one of them- and the ghost of the girl comes back to kill each one- one by one- the only one who survives is rowdy mcdowell and he leads the police to the car in the pond and when he opens the door the woman falls out and her ghost disappears
