NOT GETTING ANY HEAT! I don't use heat pump anymore, since I got a new AC years ago. I have always used my "E Heat" setting since then. Now "Aux Ht" is trying to kick on, but I'm getting nothing. The fan came on for a minute, pilot didn't light and so it shut off. It is a 13 year-old Bryant Gas Heater.

Can you watch it when its trying to start up and tell us what's it is doing? Does the igniter come on and glow?

Thanks for responding so fast. I am hearing the igniter trying to fire, but no fire (glow).
