My boyfreind and I have been together 3 years and all of the sudden he moves out of the bedroom and sleeps on the couch. If he does get horny he'll do a wam bam thank you mam while I am sleeping. He says he just wants to be friends/ roomates what's going on??

You must ask him -if he says he wants to be friends/roommates something must be wrong,but the only one who can answer that question is your boyfriend.

He is losing interest, he may be cheating, you may snore, who knows? Either way, you both should sit down and try to talk about it, as communication is the only way to go. Good luck!

Please explain what you mean by this statement. Do you mean that he wakes you up to have sex or that he attempts to have sex with you while you are unconscious?

Until you can get him to sit down and discuss what is going on, lock your bedroom door at night. Get a bolt for the door if you need to. If he wants to be friends/roommates, then he has no 'bedroom' privileges and is just using you. Have more respect for yourself than to be his 'sex aid'.

I would start looking for a new place to live or start packing his stuff (depending on who is listed on the lease). If whatever is wrong can be worked out, then you just an updated idea of what is going on in your real estate market or you can get his stuff better organized.

Means that he might be losing interest in the relationship. Definitely some time ago. You have to prepare yourself and communicate truthly for both sides. You'll get the bigger picture pretty soon. Don't hesistate!
