I am considering having this model installed by a very reliable contractor... my question is about the quality and reliability of the actual unit? Is there anything I should know pros and cons?

If you have a good reliable contractor,, that does the job right, one brand is about as good as the other,, get a good warranty on the unit and at least a one year labor warranty, in writing
