As an ex felon can I still receive a grant for minorities

Felons are not considered minorities. Sorry.

If you ARE a minority, being a felon shouldn't STOP you from receiving a grant. But, it depends on the kind of grant you're looking for, and the people who are making it.

That's what I meant to say. Thanks Exie. My mind is elsewhere - like outside shoveling more snow again.

I was in a Georgia prison and automatically got a grant. The teachers from mercer university came in to teach the classes. And felons are considered a minority.

What sort of a grant did you get automatically and for what?
