I was arrested by US Costums and Border Patrol with 2 felony counts for possession while trying to go on a party cruise to the caribbean.

They saw the drugs, took my fingerprints, photo, visa info, bla bla bla...

However, since it was simple possession, I entered a county drug program and charges were dropped on a State basis. I'm even eligible to have my record expunged.

I'm a foreign citizen. Will I be allowed back into the US ?

Explunged records will still be visible to customs. How much drug was it

You may try to apply for B-1/B-2 but you need to disclose all info even the record is expunged.
