I have a York thermostat. Recently, I have changed to the Heat position. The heater doesn't seem to be turning on. This morning when it finally kicked on, the EM Heat light came on. What does EM Heat stand for and should I be concerned?

It means you have a heat pump, the heat pump must not be working so the back up heat turned on.
I change the temperature settings overnite, however when I woke up at night the thermostat read "following schedule recovery" and the system was set to the old temperature. What is going on?
