    Have a child who is 18, has there own child and not in school for 2 years and not living with mother when can I stop paying child support?

    Depends on the state. Are they living at home ? You should seek a modification regardless if the child has a child of their own.

    What does the support agreement say about when support ends? What state are you in. Does the child still live with a parent?
