I have a Frigidaire / Electrolux 'in wall' oven (Model CGEB27S7CB1). When I set it, everything appears OK, but the elements don't turn on (even though it looks like everything is working). Any ideas?

That appears to be a conventional electric oven. It's possib;e that the element needs replacing. Measure it's resistace with the unit off.
