OK, so I'm not trying to conceive, and my situation seem to be different from all the posts I have read. I had unprotected sex on the 30th of dec, I was on birth control but I was also on antibotics, it didn't occur to me that it might not be working until it was to late to take a plan b, I called 4 pharmacist and they all told be would be a very rare chance I would get pregnant, slim to none one said!Well, 12 days later I started spotting, its was brownish at first and then now is more red then pink, and I'm having light cramps. Scared I've taken two pregnancy test the last 2 days both right when I woke up, both were negative. Now what make situation different is that I don't know when I'm supposed to have my period, its been awhile and I have spotted like this in the past. I'm on nuva ring and the dr told me I don't need my period, so I have it in al lthe time, and sometimes I spot like this. I have Google symptom and well I have most of these symptoms all the time, I've been under extreme stress the past couple of months so its not uncommon for me to get headaches and get tired easly, my breast aren't sore and I don't feel like throwing up , so pretty much I wondering could this be implantation bleeding/crampping, and is it too early to rely on a pregnancy test?

It could be any number of things. Premenstrual symptoms and pregnancy symptoms can mimic one another.

I am not sure, though, if antibiotics affect the nuva ring like they do the pill.
