I have a onn plasma TV when I turn it on the screen flickers all the time

Have you tried different inputs?
Does it flicker even when there isn't an input? (Cable or Satellite?)

Model number?

Is your TV plugged into a power conditioner/cleaner?

Does this happen on all inputs/devices?

What's connected to your TV (make and models please)?

The make of the t is onn and the model number is nrao42zid.it flickers all time even when connected to sky and when i have my laptop hooked up to it and when i have the antenna connected

That sounds like it could either be a panel issue or the mainboard. You'll need to get a TV tech out there to repair the TV or consider getting a new one.
