    removable walls
I'm installing a bathroom in my basement approimately 8'x9'. The plumbing & venting is alreading in place and under the concrete. The sewer & cleanout traps are located in the concrete at the corner of the room and are located next to outside walls (closest to the street) My problem is the toilet & vanity are very close, it would be really tight if I needed to snake out the pipes to the sewer. I'm looking to frame it out like a closet, but want access. I was thinking of constructing removable walls with 2x3's and metel tracking & covering the corners & edges with moulding. Has anyone come up against something like this? Looking for suggestions. Thanks Tom
