How do I find out if I am a us citizen under my parent
How do I find out if I fall under the "Derivation" for citizenship and if so how do I go about obtaining the citizenship document?

Go look in your parents' certificate of naturalization... if you are not 16 by the issued date, you are USC.

You must submit form N-600 for certificate of naturalization. The fee is $460. Read the instructions carefully... good luck.
