My missil is messed up. The headphones are all right and everything is all right expect, when I put the headphone in, I have to turn it for a right sound.

What is wrong with my missil?

Such behavior is typical for a damaged or low quality audio jack or plug, where it needs to be moved or adjusted to make proper electrical contact. Dirty contacts could also be a factor.
