You need to get to the vet immediately.
The longer you leave it the less effective the injection will be (it is an injection not a pill)
If you are too late for the injection I would suggest a spay/abort.
The b*tch should have been spayed after *cough*BEFORE*cough* her first litter anyway and the male neutered.
