    The entire checking account can be cleared out if its not enough to cover the debt. Generally, the judgment holder will have to refile until the debt is paid.

    They will freeze the entire account and if you don't prove they have no grounds for it, they will take all up to the amount of the garnishment.

    Also you can not use that acount again after that since any money put in, just gets froze by the order ( depending on how the order is written)

    So if you have any automatic deposits stop them
