Is it too late to sue ex wife who deprived me of visitation
I had work and financial shortcomings and also lots of interference with visitation. The kids are 30 and 27 but I am still paying as I didn't find steady employment until 8 years ago. I want to know if I can sue her for refusing to allow the court ordered visitation? This is in Michigan and she no longer receives a check from what I pay. Only the state does now and they recently relieved me of the $14,000 left of the surcharges, leaving
$9k balance. I didn't see my daughter for almost 3 years.

I would not advise you to do it.Child support and visitation are different things.By the way what kind of court ordered visitation do you have if your "kid" is 30:confused:

There is no MONEY value given to visits that I know of, during the time she did not let you see the child, then you could have taken her to court for Contempt of Court, but the SOL has long passed on that.

Also have you had an attorney review the payments you are currently ordered to do
