Well I've been in a long realsonship for like three years and things weren't going so good so I decided I would go out and meet someone else, so my boyfriend at the time went to jail on april5th 2009 and I met up with an old time friend on the 7th or 8th. So I had sex with my old time friend from the 8th of april09 until current but I met up with my ex again and had sex with him on may16th2009.. I don't remember the day I found out I got pregnant but my due date is January 23 2010 someone please help me..

Does your boyfriend KNOW about you cheating on him? If so, I think it's time to let the cat out of the bag and when that baby comes out it's paternity test time.

I don't think anything.

You should get a PATERNITY TEST after the baby is born. This is the ONLY way you will know WHO is the father, anything else is just guessing.

First due dates are just guesses determined by info you provide the doctor based on last period and scans of the baby size.

It can very by a few weeks, so it appears it cold be either, guess you will have to wait till the baby is born and have DNA tests done

If I knew the firs day of that period, I could give you an estimate when you got pregnant. BUT it won't be a scientific guess as to who the father is. You will need a DNA test after the baby is born to determine who the father is.

Im not sure when my last period is or when because I was on the depo birth control shot so there were pretty much messed up. But do you think you can tell me based on my due date? Jan/23/2009/ my only thing is I couldn't have gotten pregnant on april5th because it just wouldn't match up and I would be due earlier.. my guesses are that I got pregnant between April 28th and may4th so it would make my current boyfriend not the one I broke up with on april5th? Does this make a little bit more sense kind of sort of?

I'm sorry hun, but the only way to tell is by getting a DNA test done after the baby is born.
