Kenmore Model 417.94712400 stackable washer/dryer; dryer doesn't heat up.
Dryer drum rotates, and it responds to the "cycles" dial, but the heating element doesn't heat up. Is there a reset button somewhere, or do I need to replace the heating element, OR? Thank you.

I actually had a similar problem and to my surprise, the dryer duct to the outside was PACKED full of lint. You can purchase a
20' duct cleaner for about $15. Run it through and try that.

Sounds like your dryer has a bad heater element, bad hi-limit thermostat, or a bad hi-limit fuse.
