We just bought a house in November, and we live in Florida an rarely have to use our heat, but it has been getting so cold down here that we would like to turn it on. I tried to use the tsat to turn it on but air comes out just not warm air. The house was a foreclosure and we were told that there is a valve in the air handler that has to be turn in order to get warm air, but nobody can tell me how to do it.
