I had an experience last night that blew my mind. I've know there is a spirit of some kind in my house for awhile, but last night was the first time I've felt it. I just want to know who do I talk to about things like this?

1. You MUST NEVER act afraid. NEVER. No matter what.
2. Distractions are EVIL for paranormal phenomena.

3. If they are bothersome, you can ask them to leave. Tell them to follow the light to the other world where they will be with their friends and loved ones. Tell them that they have died.

If you are comfortable, I would try to send it to the light, assuming it's an earthbound spirit. You can Google paranormal Society's in your area and they can help you further. I know it's hard, but if it isn't a good spirit, really try not to act afraid of it, they feed off negative energy, and fear is negative energy to say the least! Good Luck my friend!
