If your sink doesn't have angle stops in the cabinet there are several ways to turn the water off.
    1) locate the house shut off located on the outside of the house or in the basement where the water enters. **OR**
    2) Shut the water off at the meter stop or pump.
What's leaking? Can we help? Cheers, Tom

Trying to fix leak no way to turn off water please help thank you

Have you tried to shut the water off at the main water shutoff located by the water meter (or expansion tank for the pump system)? If not, I'd suggest that you start there...
