Since we have no idea what you are asking us,would it not be better to ask your attorney who handled your bk case?

And since taxes can not be discharged though bankruptcy, ( can be paid out though chapter 13 payment plan)

So you file, after proving you are meet the guidelines, ( go though pre filing counseling as required by law) then you have a first appearance of creditors.
