    SIT, SDI and SUI means
What is the purpose of SDI and SUI? Why is it not applicable to all the states?

    SIT means State Income Tax.

    SDI means State Disability Insurance

    SUI means State Unemployment Insurance.

Seven states do NOT have a state income tax, and not every state requires employees to pay SDI and SUI.
