I would like to know the name of this movie I only remember the end. A guy is walking trough a field and see's a jacket floating in the sky so he runs up the stairs of this old building and see's a guy with a missing arm. The guy was the other guys friend that he thought had died.I know its not much but I've been trying to find the name for years.its was probably released in the late 90's
