I live in Washington state and I rear ended a car, not to bad just a scratch on there bumper, I don't have insurance and there insurance company is trying to to contact me. What's the best thing I should do here?

Pay the damage out of your pocket. The police were not involved?

You don't really have any options other than paying out of pocket. The other driver's insurance company may pay initially then sue you for their expenses.
