Occasionally an alarm sounds on our eb17b funace. A label mentions something about an attic fan needing servicing. We don't have an attic. There is a hose above the funace that goes to the roof. Is there a sensor up there that needs servicing?

Coleman eb17b electric furnace heating element staying on all the time... already changed sequencer... the doublewide heats up fine but when house reaches thermostat setting and unit shuts off the heating element stays on.
