Hi there, this is not a question 'more information' I have been using Monobenzyl Ether of Hydroquinone, twice daily since August 09, for really stubborn dark knuckles. I say stubborn because I have more or less tried most lighting products out there to no avail! My point is sometimes you have to stick with a product to see sense from it. I have been trying products since 1999 yes that looong! So I've now learnt to be patient. I see a dermatolgist on a monthly basis, and would not buy this product of the net.

Exactly I'm not seeing any progres with 4%hq after 2 months but ill continue for 6 months .hq will work for all if given long enough
