My 18 month daughter has developed a white spot on her back . I am not sure if it is vitiligo .I have got appointment with dermatologist but its still long time to go till end of march . Please let me know if it is possible at this age . Also what else it can be ? She has no problems with the spot . No itching or irritation.I am worried!!

We come from Indian Backround. My daughter who has got white spots on her back is one of the twin girls. They were born premature at 35 weeks. She also has Eczema but very much in control. I have been using cortisonsteriod based ointment prescribed by dermatologist . I have also been to Hoemeopath. And given her medicine given by him as well.
