I'm in 7th grade and I really like this guy buy we really never talk but I'm scard that he might not like me because I'm fat,and not that pretty(so I think). And I don't know what to do. I mean I try to talk to him but I get so scared. The logets I talk to him was like 5 sec (that bad)but so far of what I see he is really kind. But he's like the cool kide. And because I'm fat and not so pertty I'm scared he might be mean to me. I don't know I need help!!

Just try talking to him. If he does like you, you will be able to tell. And if he doesn't like you in that way, I'm sure you guys could still be friends. You have your whole life and your going to find sooo many other boys cute. Don't worry about it, you may look at yourself as being not so pretty (which I'm sure you are pretty) but someone's going to think you're the best thing in your life. Trust me.

In 7th grade, you are way too young to be getting into a relationship. Focus on your school and making friends. Talking to guys isn't a science. Just have a casual conversation and find out if you have common interests. If you can, JOIN a conversation instead of conjuring one up- it takes a lot of pressure off you (carrying 1/4 of the conversation is easier than carrying 1/2 of the conversation.) Just talk to guys like you talk to anyone else.
It's normal for you to crush on guys, but you are still too young to have a relationship and get into that drama- plus, it's not worth it! Be friends with guys and learn about them, hang out with them, gain their trust and practice having a healthy, open, honest friendship with guys. Keep things at friendship level until you're a little older. There's no sense in worrying what a guy thinks of you. If you and a guy are meant to be, he will look beyond your appearance.
