I Know We Have To Drink Water, But I Hate It, Can I Get Some Advice , Or Is It Something I Can Add To My Water To Make Me Drink More And Like It? Sometimes I Add Lemons, But That Doesn't Always Work For Me, Sometimes Just Have To Force It Down?

    1. Is the water you drink bottled (either spring water or distilled)? It certainly tastes better than tap water.

    2. Have you tried the variety of flavored water that's available nowadays? Frankly, I don't like them myself but I do know of others who love them.

    ... just some thoughts...

It contains no sugar. It often is used by diabetics

Stores now carry "On the Go" packets. I keep a couple in my car and a couple packets at the office. One packet can be used for two bottles of water. (Depending how strong you like it). It takes almost like kool-aid.

Health-wise, when they say we need eight glasses of water a day, it can be other drinks as long as there is no sugar, caffiene or ingredients that negatively affect health. Sugarfree flavored bottled waters, Crystal Light mixes, herbal teas (rooboost or red tea is very nice, has a spicey sweetness on its own) all work as well as plain water for the purpose of hydrating the body. The least expensive I have found is the Crystal Light and similar ones where you make up a pitcher of it.

You are going to have to at least try to ice that water up real good, if you can mash the cubes and make them really smaller it'll make the water taste cooler faster, the colder the water the better it taste, you can add just about any fruit to water, about 1/2 oz and that will help, but use real fruits. And squeeze them, and add the rind.

Oh yes, oranges tastes really good, as a kid we'd add the juice of a couple oranges and a little sugar:p we called it orangeaid, but any fruit helps, but really really cold is the answer! Try raspberries and strawberries also, very light, sweet.

They make sugarless packets of flavored powdered mix (that I LOVE, and drink all the time) that can be added to your average size of bottled water. They are pretty handy, and a lot better for your body than drinking a few sodas everyday (I can't say much, haha, soda is good too).
