I Know We Have To Drink Water, But I Hate It, Can I Get Some Advice , Or Is It Something I Can Add To My Water To Make Me Drink More And Like It? Sometimes I Add Lemons, But That Doesn't Always Work For Me, Sometimes Just Have To Force It Down?

I often add Chrystal Light to my water.
1. Is the water you drink bottled (either spring water or distilled)? It certainly tastes better than tap water.
2. Have you tried the variety of flavored water that's available nowadays? Frankly, I don't like them myself but I do know of others who love them.
... just some thoughts...
But isn't that sugar? Does it taste like lemon water ?Quote:

Stores now carry "On the Go" packets. I keep a couple in my car and a couple packets at the office. One packet can be used for two bottles of water. (Depending how strong you like it). It takes almost like kool-aid.Quote:

True... my favorites are the lemonade and the orange.Quote:

The least expensive I have found is the Crystal Light and similar ones where you make up a pitcher of it.

And squeeze them, and add the rind.Quote:

Oh yes, oranges tastes really good, as a kid we'd add the juice of a couple oranges and a little sugar:p we called it orangeaid, but any fruit helps, but really really cold is the answer! Try raspberries and strawberries also, very light, sweet.
They make sugarless packets of flavored powdered mix (that I LOVE, and drink all the time) that can be added to your average size of bottled water. They are pretty handy, and a lot better for your body than drinking a few sodas everyday (I can't say much, haha, soda is good too).
