I married my GF almost two years ago and we have been together 3yr+. I got deporting letter in MAR'08 but got married in June'08. She is a US born citizen. I applied for green card got reject due to a missing Letter of exemption something that my Lawyer forgot to attach. I have no idea about this legal stuff and would like some information sharing on that.

Every time I call this lawyer I get extra bill and no clear answer and she is supposed to be a some kind of award winning in immigration around here.

Please help.
