I don't know the specific rules. You're probably going to need around 10 years criminal free conduct, for starters. If you think you qualify, you're going to need an attorney to get it.. At the hearing, there's going to be a prosecutor telling the judge that he shouldn't give you one, and you're going to need somebody there telling him that he should.

Normally in Cobb county GA they will want at least 7 years , they will want it free from any crimes. Normally they want an attorney, who wlll tell them all the great things you are doing, working full time, increased education and showing them why you deserve this.
