Everyone is going to say the same thing - call your Vet. Now.

It could be very minor; it could be very serious.

If you were pooping blood what would you do?

How old is she? Could the blood be discharge from her vulva? Has she been spayed? She could be in season. If she hasn't been spayed, keep her away from male dogs.

If the blood is actually coming out of her anus or is in her feces, take her to the vet as soon as possible.

Vet. NOW. First thing that comes to mind with something like that is Parvo, which is deadly.
