Furnace turn on blower comes on for a 60 seconds turns off and heating elements stay on took fuses out and replaced them all one of the 30 amp was burnt

OK so what is the question? If it is about the blower not running past 60 seconds it could be

Bad blower motor.
Bad blower motor capacitor.
Bad heat sequencer since it controls the blower in the heating mode.

Does your thermostat have a manual ON setting for the blower/fan. If so turn to on ands see if the blower runs for more than 60 seconds.
