    Baby's poop...
My baby's poop is yellow and seems to be softer than normal and he seems to be going a lot more than usual... what is this?

    How old is he?

    When did this start?

    Is he breastfed only?

Has he had a cold recently?

Does he eat a lot of carrots or squash?

    He is 10 months
It started about 3 days ago
He is breast fed and baby food and some solid food
He had a cold about 2 weeks ago
And he has some carrots but not often and no squash

    Is he stuffed up?

Do you give him any medications or baby aspirin?

Is this with every diaper change that has poop in it, or just sometimes?

Stuffy nose? No not anymore but when he was sick he had one
The dr gave me Infant Acetaminophen to give to him
And every diaper change doesn't have poop but its a lot more often than normal

If he behaves pretty much the same with mood and routines and schedule and seems happy enough, I'd wait a few days and just watch, observe. It could be the infection still leaving his body. But if other things seem very wrong, his sleep patterns are messed up, and he's very crabby and out of sorts, I'd call his doctor for ideas or even to bring him in. They will want a stool sample too probably. (Take a fresh, poopy diaper in with you and sealed in a plastic bag.)
