I changed out the transformer and now I can't get my blower to turn off

If you just changed the transformer that will have nothing to do with the blower staying on unless some other part was defective also. The blower motor is controlled by a heat sequencer in the heat mode and a time delay relay OR just a plain relay in the cooling mode or when the switch on the thermostst is set to on instead of automatic.
