I have a four month old doberman puppy. She is crate trained and she also pees and poos outside , however she still pees and poos on the kitchen floor. I leave the kitchen for 2 minutes and she pees. I am obviously missing a step. I am getting frustrated, what should I do?

Sounds like you might have to restrict her access to the kitchen for a while.
You need to make sure she is in your line of sight at all times so you can catch her in the act when she does potty inside.

Once you can catch her in the act a few times hopefully she will catch on.

Also make sure you take her outside at regular intervals... I take mine outside every hour on the hour when potty training as well as every time they eat and wake up from a nap.
